Just because I say I do not believe in psychics DOES NOT mean that they do not exist: prove psychic ability to me and that will help me out in other fields of study.
Just because I say that I do not believe in "ghosts" -ie dead people coming back to haunt or what ever DOES NOT mean that they do not. I need proof.
Along with two other youngsters I saw a very tall, misty figure in Germany. No idea what it was but it was an oddity.
I have seen what would be described as poltergeist phenomena within a few feet of me -I was unaware until much later that my mother had witnessed similar: other members of the family saw a shadow pass by a window and expected someone to walk in. No one did (I only heard of this years later!). Others all saw what we described as "the monk" move past a front gate -more child sized with a brownish hooded duffle coat.
I have seen unidentified small and larger creatures -I have seen the reactions of other people being told about these (in most cases the animal I eventually identified but in two cases -a beige coloured, 6 inches long caterpillar in one case and in the other what MIGHT have been a chimp in a German forest (5 other witnesses).
I have experienced (occasionally still do) sleep paralysis so when I discuss this I know what I am talking about.
I was nicknamed "Herr Professor"/"The Professor by my German family as I was always reading, studying things and investigating....whatever the mundane and non mundane.
It all adds up to "life experience" and that has taught me that "just because everyone says it can't happen does not mean that it will not happen!"
I coined the term "the path of counter actuality" almost as a joke as most people tend to have no experiences or sightings and I have observed do not even notice something right above their heads -such as when the loud Virgin airship flew low over a street in Bristol and as I watched it I also noticed that not one of the many shoppers even looked up.
YOU have your opinion and beliefs. I have my own. I never laugh at others beliefs (even if I think it sounds daft) for the very reason that I could very well be wrong!
There.
