A Few Words
One of the subjects I was going to cover in a book was The False Lights of Durham -a phenomenon noted by Charles Fort and referred to rarely by Forteans (rather like The Killer canids of Cavan). It was claimed by Ufologists/Forteans that these Lights saw the very first official Governmental Inquiry into UFOs.
I first heard of the Lights in the 1970s and when my late friend Franklyn A Davin-Wilson bequeathed me his copy of The Books of Charles Fort (1941) I read up on them. I began looking into the reports in the late 1970s and the file was not closed until the early 2000s at which point, unlike some of those mentioning the reports, I had actually looked at the original sources that were twisted slightly for sensationalism.
My conclusion? I doubt anyone will know since the book was scrapped. What is the point of heavy research and taking months to write and edit a manuscript if on publication no one buys or reads? That is a mystery in itself.

Yes, over a million views and yet no books sell. Surely, if there is genuine interest in the mysterious and unexplained 300+ pages books, fully illustrated and referenced and not selling you fakery they would be something worth getting a hold of? Apparently not. If the posts on this blog interest you then just remember this: I have only ever posted (edited) about 5% of what is in the books combined.
Yeah, I know, no one is interested.
