Let's talk sense for a moment.
NASA 'drones' did NOT film alien space craft in orbit.
NASA Mars probe took a photo of part of its own shadow and not some alien inspecting it.
You can take as much "suddenly cuts out" footage of stars, the Moon through light cloud, helicopters taking off and landing at night. Aircraft....it does NOT make it alien space craft.
"Nick Pope says so" well, Nick Pope is soaking up the US $ and part of the money making machine. He did NOT head up a UFO investigation department with his wall decked out like something from The X-Files. He is NOT the "UK equivalent of Fox Mulder" and the whole Ministry of Defence "X-Files" story is bunkum. He was a clerk who had to answer phone calls about all sorts of things including low flying aircraft, complaints about RAF activity with UFOs added on to that. How much time did he spend in the field investigating? He told me in 1996 that "unfortunately" his job was mainly in the office. When I mentioned the Antonio Villas Boas case to him he asked whether it was a recent Spanish case. How many of the reports I submitted to the MoD had he seen or heard of? None -not even the one I submitted on Rendlesham Forest. He's a media tart.
That's it. He has NO QUALIFICATIONS whatsoever to talk about exo-biology, space technology or the planet Mars and his opinion is as valid as Joe the greengrocers.
"Disclosure will happen this year!!" uh "Disclosure will happen next year" (and that comes from top notch official military sources (that cannot be named, of course). I've heard this since 1999 and now disclosure will be next year. Guess what? There is nothing to disclose -no flying saucer crash at Roswell, no flying saucer crash at Aurora, no flying saucer crash at Spitzbergen, in the Black Forest or any of the other 150 plus UFO crash locations I have on record -and I gave up recording them in 1998.
It's all sensationalist and money-spinning with very few rational people appearing to want to do real field work and research. I think that my Alien Entity-CE3K project proved that beyond a doubt. How many 'serious' Ufologists helped out...read the books you'll find out.
I am sick to death of hearing about the Hills, Travis Walton, Villas Boa and now -Ufologists seem to have found the case in the last few years (few getting details right) the Liberty, Kentucky case.
We have seen just how bad Jacobs' abduction 'research' is. We KNOW that Budd Hopkins "stacked the deck" to make his work seem more credible and beyond challenge.
What does all of this do? It gives the debunkers every bit of ammo they needed and many in science a reason not to get involved.
In 2019 fantasy is accepted as fact when it comes to UFOs (and I can include hominology and even paranormal investigation here). The latest I heard was that a top secret high quality camera was used at the time that Thomas Mantell chased a 'UFO' resulting in his Kentucky Air National Guard aircraft crashing. The camera recorded a bright beam of light shooting out from the disc shaped object and disintegrating Mantell's aircraft. This is pure fantasy.
At one point it was a case of wading through UFO reports to see which might be genuine and investigate those -I did that for over three decades. Today we have the Ufologists making up reports (nothing new since the Bigfoot Field Researchers Organisation (BFRO) were exposed as doing so as well as many paranormal 'investigators') and when you try to get to sources or ask a few simple questions politely you get no response or "I picked the case up from another site" or "I cannot divulge any witness information" (NEVER asked for that. The best one was a British 'alien abduction specialist' whom I asked why all the reports on his site seemed to be written by the same person -wording, sentence breaks the works- though I am reading reports from 15 different people? I quote:
"I re-write all the accounts in my own words so as not to identify the abductee"
This means he was presenting false information. You need to READ what the WITNESS says not the way some lard head has decided to re-write it in his own words. 'Evidence', as in percipient testimony, negated. And one anonymous abductee is described as such but there is the photo of him standing next to the 'investigator' -good quality and clearly exposing the 'anonymous' person.
I could go on and on but here is the thing: no matter how much time and effort I put into research or how fully referenced and as accurate as you can get books on the subject I write it makes no difference. People want fantasy. Wolfman/dogman working in conjunction with Bigfoot under the command of aliens who abduct humans by the millions is far more sexy.
The fantasy world of X-Files and Dr Who combine.
That is what the public and many ufologists want.
There's money in that.
