Firstly, allow me to state that despite what grifters on X or You Tubers click-baiting for views and money: there is NO "panic" in Manchester or London as stated. Most people have no interest in what is going on and most who live locally identify what is being seen as drones -and occasionally noisy ones.
Re Manchester here is something that EVERYONE has clipped out of videos as well as still images...who is the fella with the safety gear and seemingly operating(?) something?
