"The Magic of Wiltshire" is a paperback that delves into the mysterious and intriguing world of UFOlogy. The author's expertise in the paranormal genre adds depth to the historical narrative, making it a compelling read for those interested in the secrets of Wiltshire's past. With a focus on UFO sightings and the unexplained phenomena of the area, this book offers a captivating exploration of the unknown, perfect for enthusiasts of the subject.
So what is in this book (which I really should not have been reading with current eye problems)?
For a start there is a look into reports that a UFO landed in Alton Barnes and if you are into crop circles and so on you'll know that location.
There is an extensive look at Warminster and the 1960s "Thing" phenomena as well as people involved in the investigation and recording such as, no surprise4, Arthur Shuttlewood. There is a look at the "Invisible walker" of Cradle Hill and strange marks found omn the bodies of a witness.
Did a UFO crash on Cley Hill farm?
A look at the Warminster series of UFO photographs, landings and CE3K/entity reports.Of course there is much more as you'd expect from an Haunted Skies publication.
John Hanson and Shirley Edwards pull out all the stops to cover the mysteries from Wiltshire from the past to the present and if you ever thought about doing a tour of Warminster or Wiltshire then this will be a much needed reference source.
As usual -highly recommended.
