The "Fire in the Sky" controversy continues

These are some rough notes after listening (a painful task in itself) to this podcast.

To be honest this has gotten beyond embarassing now. Gordon on for a third show and basically running it and demanding presenters come out and give their views and Lukes and co act like little lapdogs.

People might need reminding that Gordon declared the interview on the last show was his last on the subject. End. Finito. Done with ufologists. Yet here he is again presenting his 'evidence' which is nothing new and as I pointed out before; photographs he took of the scene and area 45 years after the event do not prove anything. That is nonsensical.

Do not get me wrong if there was EVIDENCE that proved the whole Walton case was a hoax I would be broadcasting it buy everything being said by Gordon is old hat and I dealt with in UFO Contact? and proved to be debunking or twists of the truth and this continual praising of Ground Saucer Watch as an elite scientific investigation organisation beyond questioning is so false. Look at Ground Saucer Watch and its bitter and nasty battle with Project Saucer International. Look at how they got Walton to meet them claiming they had a doctor ready to examine him but that turned out to be deceptive.

Lukes started her show with the intention of "getting at the truth" and knocking down the "UFO Cult leaders" and all her show has produced is a lot of bitching and back-stabbing rather than concentrate onfamous or not so famous cases and I stuck with it despite the constant loss of sound and other tech problems on Lukes' part.

She now appears to be only interested in attacking cases or people that she knows will annoy Ufologists and her constant bemoaning the "nasty" and "negative comments" has reached the point where I fall asleep. We know have Lukes and her friends mumbling on about "established ufology" and "Well it's a someone believing someone else they consider a friend" while claiming that they know the Walton case inside out and that these non-revellations are shocking -its UFO history being made. I have to question this alleged 'knowledge' of the Walton case on their part because Gordon is spouting nonsense on the now Gordon Podcast.  Are these people afraid to challenge him? "You have seen the emails I sent. You have seen them -correct?" is followed by "Yes. We have seen them" rather than "We have seen them but they do not present any solid evidence"

I have received many -many- attacks over the years for being a debunker. I am NOT a debunker but a sceptical investigator and I want to see the proof. If there is nothing 100% solid then I have to go by what the witness/percipient has stated and also secondary evidence such as other reports in the area at the time -.unusually there is no mention of Staff Sgt Moody and his abduction around the same time as Walton's and his account, including sketch of the entity, matches -but Lukes has her own agenda as does Gordon.

The last three shows have been the equivalent of letting arch debunker (also involved in lying, bribery and anythingh else to dismiss a case) Philip J. Klass have free reign. I ought to point out that I am not a Ufologist and have proven many reports/cases to be false or "made up out of something that was just misidentified".  If a report passes the checks then all I can list it as is "Unknown" and I have done so in my books and not just cases from the United States. It is a pity that Lukes appears to have thrown out the ideas and methods of her declared hero Ann B Druffel and opted to allow debunking to be openly supported and unchallenged and when it is well, that's just those nasty ufologists not willing to face the truth.

Lukes is like many other Ufologists who have held research back and soiled the reputation of investigators and  researchers. As I wrote before, I want to see Lukes confront Walton at an event on video and call him a liar and fraud to his face. If she cannot do that then what is the point.

Having received a copy of UFO Contact? this is what the J. Allen Hynek Centre for UFO Studies had to say about it:

"...an impressive body of work. I appreciate your lively writing, use of original sources as much as possible, and forceful opinions about the cases, investigators, etc. And I concur with your evaluations of cases that have been pushed aside, such as Kelly, or Pascagoula."

Other UFO researchers who have read the book are of similar opinions. So are you going to just carry on reading the same old same old half truths and lies or try to find out what is REALLY going on?

Since 1947 it has been claimed that UFOs/flying saucers are evidence of aliens visiting the Earth.  Since the 1950s claims of encounters with landed craft and alien beings were talked about but not taken seriously.

In the 1960s the subject of UFO abduction was a "slow-burner" until the whole "Grey" abduction phenomenon and claims made by researchers such as Budd Hopkins, Prof. John Mack and Dr David Jacobs and Whitley Streiber.

But is there evidence to back up any of the claims -and what about those encountering Alien Entities but who were not abducted?

Are these people all hoaxers, psychotic or suffering from some other mental illness as some claim?

Are those people who were exposed by Ufologists against their wishes, people who wanted to report what happened and then just get back to their everyday lives -thrust into the media glare against their will?

And if US authorities were so interested that in one case at least they broke into the home of two abductees and this was later proven -why?

Why did a hard core of these people never want publicity or to make money from what happened to them?

Above all, why did a major UFO landing incident take place on a US Inbterstate road in front of a large number of observers (all willing to talk to investigators) never get investigated? If it were not for a radio presenter interviewing and taking notes we would know nothing of the case -it would be labelled "insubstantial".

James and Coral Lorensen -the Scopolamine Kids; using a very notorious "truth drug" on alleged UFO witnesses and selling stories to newspapers.  An investigator (a veteran) showing a witness images of "aliens" encountered in other cases before any memories were retrieved.  Worst of all, the constant "pissing competition" and breaches of trust between UFO investigators.

2017 is the time to assess the past evidence and look at the faults within Ufology.

Not everyone is going to be happy -debunkers or ufologists.
